Jit Han & Elsie – Wedding Cinematic Highlights // Same Day Edit

It feels so surreal! Just a couple months ago, we were in Austria shooting their pre-wedding love story. And here we are today, celebrating the most anticipated wedding yet, of Jit Han & Elsie.

The day started off with the sun beaming brightly into the room, laughter from the bridesmaids and a table full of dessert specially prepared by WISHHPER for the guests. As her father walks her down the aisle, Elsie finally sees her Prince Charming with his line of handsome groomsmen. Jit Han who was so nervous, finally broke out a smile. The love and support from both sides of the family made everything perfect, the ceremony was just golden!

What else can we say but what a privilege it has been! We traveled half the world and spent almost a week together in Austria. We walked through heavy rain and bear the cold. Today, we are here to witness the both of you becoming as one. * sheds a happy tear * Congratulations Jit Han & Elsie, we wish you all the happiness in the world. What a great day it has been!

Your wedding day will be the happiest day of your life, and what better way to celebrate this special day than in your own home. Today, family and friends have gathered together to witness the joining of Darren and Katrina. As Darren and Katrina said their own vows to each other, there was not a single dry eye in the room. We were honored to be part of this very special wedding of traditional Chinese gate crashing followed by the Christian ceremony. Congratulations Darren and Katrina, we wish you all the love in the world.

Jerome & Boon Eng – Actual Wedding Day | Same Day Edit

In total contrast to their garden wedding the previous week, Jerome and Boon Eng had a very customary style of Chinese wedding this time as they both dressed up in a traditional costumes. Both of them are Interior Designers and we were able to showcase their unique bedroom that they have designed and DIYed themselves. Jerome has not only found a great business partner but also a life partner in Boon Eng. We wish the couple all the best on their new journey ahead. Overall, it was great fun shooting the video for this creative tag team of a couple. Here’s the same day edit video that we’ve prepared. Enjoy wink emoticon

Philip & Glynis – Cinematic Highlight | Church Wedding, Kota Kinabalu

Last week, we took a short break from the haze in KL to travel back to our beautiful hometown in Kota Kinabalu for the wedding of Philip and Glynis. It always feels great to be back home where you can feel the warmth of the people here.

On photos, Philip may look like Mr. Cool and all but he’s actually a very down to earth and funny person, who never failed to make Glynis laugh. On the other hand, Glynis was beautiful not only from the outside but from the inside out as well. They complete each other perfectly.

We would like to congratulate our amazing couple who is ever so nice and patient with us. We do hope to be back more often in the future for more wedding assignments. Here, we present the bits and pieces of their wedding day.

Voon Chun & Huay Pin – Wedding Cinematic Highlights | SDE

Huay Pin mentioned how she’s always wanted to have Chamomile Tea, but in the end ended up with Chinese tea instead. Haha. I’m sure that because Chinese tea taste much better for her. That’s how true love works. We love Huay Pin’s metaphor very much. She’s found the perfect high quality Chinese Tea in Voon Chun. Please enjoy the SDE video!

Derek & Shin San – Wedding Cinematic Highlights | SDE

Yesterday, we get to shoot a simple but elegant wedding of our couple Derek and Shin San. There’s no gate crashing just a simple Chinese styled fetch-the-bride followed by the blessing ceremony. Derek has done well although he’s from America. We love everything about the wedding from the beautiful bride’s gowns to the venue’s decor, and even the groom’s suits! Both our couple were lovely and had great smiles and that made our job pretty easy. Here we present our fresh from the oven same day edit wedding highlights from yesterday’s wedding!

Arlene & Zoran – Wedding Highlights | SDE

Arlene met Zoran when they were pursuing their PhD back in the UK and both are currently based in Hong Kong. They were some of the craziest and playful couple we’ve ever met and shooting their weddings were full of fun and laughter.
